The Internal Committee shall take proactive measures to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment within the institution.

Receiving Complaints
The IC shall provide a safe, accessible, and confidential mechanism for receiving complaints from students, faculty, and staff.

Fair Inquiry
The IC shall conduct a prompt, impartial, and transparent inquiry into all complaints, ensuring adherence to principles of natural justice.

Maintaining Confidentiality
The IC shall strictly maintain confidentiality of all proceedings, including the identity of the complainant, respondent, and witnesses.

Providing Support
The IC shall facilitate access to counselling, medical assistance, or any other necessary support services.

Recommending Action
Upon completion of the inquiry, the IC shall recommend appropriate disciplinary or corrective action to the competent authority, based on the findings of the case.

Awareness and Training
The IC shall organize regular awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions.

Ensuring Timely Redressal
The IC shall ensure that all complaints are addressed and resolved within the time.

Record Maintenance
The IC shall maintain proper and secure documentation of complaints received, inquiry proceedings, evidence submitted, and actions taken in compliance.

The IC shall prepare and submit periodic reports, including an annual reports.
